We are currently recruiting a Junior Digital Marketing Assistant for a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency. Based in modern offices in the heart of Gainsborough, the Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the continued success of this growing company.


As a Junior Marketing Assistant at drumBEAT you’ll be helping with clients’ campaigns, varying from social media marketing, email marketing to content strategies and more.

You’ll be working daily on any of the following – some experience would be beneficial:

  • Devising and implementing social media marketing strategies – to be used on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+
  • Helping to create analytic reports – weekly/monthly.
  • Creating and monitoring email marketing campaigns – using online platforms such as MailChimp
  • Image work – creating graphics for client’s social media channels and ads.
  • Successfully managing multiple projects and client accounts to meet deadlines.
  • Writing content for marketing materials including leaflets, direct mail, newsletters, website, adverts, advertorials, online content, blogs and features etc.
  • Proofreading written material, design work and marketing materials before final approval.
  • Answering the telephone and performing other admin duties that maybe required from time to time


The role involves hands on work with multiple clients across numerous different niches. You will have considerable contact with clients, so experience in this area would be very beneficial, along with professional communication and punctuality skills.

Due to several new clients wins and substantial on-going growth in our website development service we are looking for a senior web developer to join our team.

You will be joining a fun and fast growing award winning team who work with a wide range of clients from start-up business to international companies, both in the UK Europe and in the USA. We are looking for someone to expand our web team with potential consideration given to junior developers with a desire to learn and grow. Own transport essential.

You will be ambitious and have serious long term career plans which include continuous personal and company development.


Key Accountabilities:

Attending internal and external meetings, including potential new business opportunities

Working with our design team to create functioning web sites built to current standards

Communicating with clients, providing advice and guidance

Keeping yourself up to date with latest trends and development for both your personal development and also potential opportunities for the company.

Monitoring currently supported sites for security and updates.

User Interface design and Conversion Rate Optimisation knowledge
