Digital Marketing Executive – Full Time Position

Hybrid Working – Gainsborough Office and Remote Working (details to be discussed)

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years agency experience to join our team. 

Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive at drumBEAT you’ll be working on clients’ search marketing and other digital campaigns – implementing strategies across SEO, PPC, conversion optimisation, social media and email marketing campaigns.

You’ll be working daily on any of the following – and experience of most or all of these would be required:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning
  • Client communications and proactive client project management.
  • Social Media Campaign Strategy and Implementation
  • Paid Social Media Advertising
  • PPC Advertising
  • Search Engine Optimisation – On-page and off-page
  • Content creation – including blog content, PR, Email content, both informational and transactional.

 Experience in the following would also be useful:

  • Online events planning, such as webinars
  • Basic website editing including knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Detailed knowledge of Google Analytics and applying it to client projects
  • Email Marketing Experience
  • Lead Magnet Generation and Sales Funnel Planning
  • Google Data Studio and general client reporting
  • Basic design skills
  • Managing other people and external resources.
  • Knowledge and experience of Marketing Automation systems
  • Experience of marketing for membership and training sites.

Experience

The role involves hands on work with multiple clients across numerous different niches and sizes. You will have considerable contact with clients, so experience in this area would be very beneficial, along with professional communication skills.

It is essential you have had experience of working in a digital marketing agency environment.

Package Details

Competitive salary dependant on experience

21 days holiday pa (Plus bank holidays and your birthday) plus an extra day per years service up to 5 extra days.
